Roy’s Ramblings

There is much going on this weekend. As all of us probably already know, Ann Callahan passed into the next world and is living eternally in glory and her Celebration of Life will be Saturday (03/30) including visitation with the family at 1pm and the service of Celebration at 2pm. The ladies of the church will have a meal for the family following the service in the fellowship hall.

We have church on Sunday Morning and we will be continuing the Sermon Series loosely based on Adam Hamilton’s Study “Creed”. We are discussing “I Believe in the Holy Spirit” this week (With discussions of the Trinity and Pentecost). After church, since this is a Fifth Sunday, we will also be having a pitch in meal, (meat and drinks provided) so bring your side/salad/dessert to share and come enjoy the fellowship.

There are also things with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Playhouse, Music Center, a free movie/discussion about food insecurity and next Saturday a 4-H Spaghetti Dinner and Game Night. Also: the Tourists and Visitors have started filling our streets and stores around town – so I encourage everyone to breathe in … breathe out (repeating as necessary) and participate in the festivities and activities. Life Is Good!!!
